美国新锐导演巴奇李毕福、库柏罗伯特首部剧情作品，把拍片少年变成《拍血少年》。16岁瘦皮猴少年与他的听障好友梦想成为电影导演，当一颗小陨石意外坠入院子，让父亲遭感染成了僵尸，他们竟灵机一动，决定要拍摄史上第一部由真实僵尸主演的恐怖电影！但拍电影哪有那么容易？他们得一边展开选角拍摄，一边控制僵尸防堵感染扩散，应付当地侦探调查的同时，还要克服晕血症的不适。一场热血又喷血的电影圆梦计划，就此展开。
